Updated uPVC Doors & Windows – Warranty & Installation Terms

1. uPVC Profile Warranty

The uPVC profiles used in our Doors & Windows carry a 20-year warranty provided by Simta Astrix, including colour-fading coverage, subject to Simta Astrix’s applicable warranty terms and conditions.

Any warranty claim related to the uPVC profile, including colour fading, shall be made directly with Simta Astrix. JK Furnish and JK Fab are not the warranty provider for the uPVC profile and shall not be responsible for such manufacturer warranty claims.

2. Glass Warranty

No warranty is provided on glass. Glass breakage, cracks, accidental damage, or damage occurring after installation are not covered.

3. Hardware Warranty

Hardware carries a 2-year warranty, subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms. Damage due to misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

4. Measurement & Manufacturing Accuracy

All Doors & Windows are manufactured according to the measurements taken and confirmed at the site. Products are manufactured to the required dimensions with due accuracy; therefore, large gaps cannot be accommodated through silicone filling.

5. Installation Gap & Silicone Filling

A 5–10 mm installation gap may be maintained where required for proper installation. This standard gap will be filled/sealed with silicone.

If the gap is more than 10 mm, silicone may not be suitable for filling the additional space. Any required filling or finishing beyond this shall be arranged by the customer using suitable materials such as cement, plaster, POP, or other appropriate material.

6. Additional Civil Work

Any civil work required for gaps exceeding 10 mm, including plastering, cement work, POP, or other finishing work, will be the customer's responsibility unless specifically included in the quotation.

7. General Warranty Conditions

All warranties are subject to the respective manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions. Warranty claims may require inspection and verification by the concerned manufacturer.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming the order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these Warranty & Installation Terms, along with the applicable quotation and manufacturer's warranty conditions.

No Return Policy

At JK FAB, we take utmost care to ensure that all our products are thoroughly inspected, securely packaged, and dispatched in perfect condition. Once the goods leave our premises, we are no longer responsible for any damage, delay, or loss that may occur during transportation.

• All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

• Transportation is at the buyer�s risk.�We do not accept responsibility for any damage caused during shipping, handling, or unloading.

• We are not liable for any issues arising from�natural calamities, accidents, mishandling, or unforeseen events�once the product has been dispatched.

• Customers are encouraged to inspect goods immediately upon delivery and report any concerns directly to the transport company if needed.
