• Product supplied in new and usable condition.
• Standard size: 4-inch width × 120-inch length.
• Approximate coverage: 3.33 sq. ft. per piece.
• Pine is a natural material; therefore, colour, grain pattern, knots, texture, and shade may vary from piece to piece.
• Minor surface marks, natural knots, resin lines, or slight dimensional variation are normal characteristics of real wood.
• Wood should be stored in a dry, covered, and well-ventilated area.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to water, excessive moisture, direct sunlight, or extreme temperature changes.
• Proper seasoning, termite treatment, polishing, sealing, or protective coating is recommended according to the application.
• Installation should be carried out by an experienced carpenter or fabricator using suitable tools and fasteners.
• Final dimensions should be checked before cutting or installation.
• Warranty, replacement, or claim conditions apply only to verified manufacturing defects and not to natural wood variations, improper storage, moisture damage, mishandling, or incorrect installation.

At JK Furnish, we take every possible measure to ensure that all products are carefully inspected, securely packed, and dispatched in good condition.

Please read the following terms carefully:

• All sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, no returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be accepted.
• All transportation, freight, loading, unloading, and handling shall be undertaken entirely at the buyer’s risk.
• JK Furnish shall not be held responsible for any damage, breakage, shortage, delay, theft, or loss occurring after the goods have been handed over to the transporter or dispatched from our premises.
• We shall not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from improper handling, transportation, unloading, accidents, natural calamities, strikes, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• Customers are advised to inspect the goods carefully at the time of delivery. Any damage, shortage, or transportation-related issue must be reported immediately to the transporter or delivery service provider.
• Claims relating to transportation damage or loss must be settled directly between the customer and the concerned transport company.
