• All sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, no returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be accepted.
• All transportation, freight, loading, unloading, and handling shall be undertaken entirely at the buyer’s risk.

• Customers are advised to inspect the goods carefully at the time of delivery. Any damage, shortage, or transportation-related issue must be reported immediately to the transporter or delivery service provider.
• Claims relating to transportation damage or loss must be settled directly between the customer and the concerned transport company.
