All sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, no returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be accepted.
All transportation, freight, loading, unloading, and handling shall be undertaken entirely at the buyer’s risk.
JK Furnish shall not be held responsible for any damage, breakage, shortage, delay, theft, or loss occurring after the goods have been handed over to the transporter or dispatched from our premises.
We shall not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from improper handling, transportation, unloading, accidents, natural calamities, strikes, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are advised to inspect the goods carefully at the time of delivery. Any damage, shortage, or transportation-related issue must be reported immediately to the transporter or delivery service provider.
Claims relating to transportation damage or loss must be settled directly between the customer and the concerned transport company.
